What: Annual ski trip to Beech Mountain.
When: February 24-26
Where: Beech Mountain, NC (near Banner Elk, NC)
Note: This is one of the trips that the troops allows families to come along and take advantage of our rate. Lodging will be your responsibility and your scout must stay with the troop. A section for you to sign-up is below.
Costs: $121 Skiing or Snowboarding / $88 If you have your own equipment / $31 if you're just going to hang out in the lodge.
This includes:
1-day lift ticket, skis/snowboard rental, poles, helmet (Required / Equipment owners see below), cracker barrel (snack) Friday night), breakfast on Saturday, transportation and lodging.
Each scout will be responsible for Lunch Saturday @ the ski resort, Dinner Saturday night at Daniel Boone Inn, and Breakfast Sunday @ Krispy Kreme. We are suggesting that each person brings $50 cash for these meals.

- The troop has made a reservation for dinner Saturday night at the Daniel Boone Inn. Yep...All the fried chicken and biscuits you can stomach! Plan for a cost of $22 per person CASH. This will include the meal, drink, dessert, tax, and tip. Each Scout will be responsible for bringing their own $22 for dinner. It must be cash.

Beech Mountain Rental Form
This is the email comment from the resort regarding the rental form. Please read carefully! I usually get messages regarding the pricing we have communicated and what you see on the rental form. Your CC is for security deposit purposes only. The troop will pay the resort when we arrive.
The main thing they need to do is fill out this rental agreement that I will link below for you. In the rental agreement it will have pricing on there and it might ask for a credit card to input, but tell everybody to DISREGARD the pricing. That is not what you all are paying. Also if it does ask you for credit card information, don't worry, it is not trying to charge you twice. They just need that information in case someone decides to not bring back the rental equipment.
