It's that time of year...the leaves are turning, the brisk mornings brings couples together and the smell of BBQ is in the air!

Yup... It's Troop 65's BIGGEST and MOST SUCCESSFUL fundraiser.

Cooking and prep work begins Friday night November 12th with sales on Saturday November 13th. ALL Parents and Scouts are to participate in order for it to run smoothly and successfully. Please see the areas of need below and sign up for as many positions as you are able. All questions can be emailed directly to Noel Land, landnoel@live.com.


    Adult and Scout Registration

       Scouts are required to serve during this fundraiser. We do our best to accommodate your first request, but it depends on how many volunteers we have at each location. Scouts and volunteers must report to the Scout Hut to sign in/out and for final assignments. 

    ​   All Scouts are expected to sell 10 tickets per year with $1.50 per ticket sold going into their Scout accounts. Scouts and Volunteers at sales sites earn $1 per hour going into their Scout accounts. Don't forget to sign in and sign out at the Scout Hut.

    ​FRIDAY NIGHT IS FULL. 
All trips are subject to change due to weather, scout attitude and availability of adult supervision.
