SUBSCRIBE TO TROOP 65 CALENDAR HERE REMINDER Scouting for Food February 1st - Food pickup & sorting Than you to all who help ed distribute door hang tags for Mecklenburg County Council's annual Scouting for Food drive. Next week, February 1st, is the second part of this service project where we visit the neighborhoods to collect donated food.   We still need some help in both picking up the donations as well as sorting at the Scout Hut. The first installment is $155 per Scout due on February 1st. This is also the deadline to cancel your RSVP without losing your $20 deposit. You can make the payment via cash, check or PayPal (use the button below).   For our 2025 Summer Camp, we are headed to Woodruff Scout Camp in Blairsville, GA (near GA, NC and TN border). CLICK HERE TO MAKE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL New 2025 Troop 65 Ski Trip February 21-23 | Winterplace Resort We are set for our annual Troop 65 ski trip! This year, we will be heading to Winterplace Resort in Ghent, WV.   Our trip is set for February 21st through February 23rd. We will be staying at slope side lodging at the resort which should allow for maximum ski and snowboarding time as lift tickets at Winterplace are good for 12 hours.   As always, we will also allow families to attend this trip as well (families that are not registered Scouts or Scouters will need to find their own separate lodging).   We've worked out the final details so be on the lookout for the signup on Tuesday!      Need a Merit Badge Counselor?
