Fort Bragg 2017
When: March 17-19, 2017. We will leave the hut by 5:45 pm.
Where: Fort Bragg, North Carolina
Who: all scouts qualify and "may " attend even if they did not attend the recent cold weather camping trip. We will see how many rsvp and then determine who can attend. Costs: 40 per scout. ( scouts will need additional money for the ride back on Sunday to stop and eat, patches, and anything they want to buy at the army surplus store. If your scout wants to buy a knife or anything "questionable" at the army store please see me before the trip so I can help manage their purchases).
What: we will tour the base, shoot clay targets, eat all meals on base, attend the worship service on base, visit the army surplus store, go to the bowling alley and learn about our great military.
Specifics: all scouts must have some form of identification on them ( school id, Boy Scout card, or drivers license.). See Kurt, Billy, or myself if you have a concern on this.). Parents need to see me in the next two weeks so you can sign the release of liability forms for the clay target range.
